HOLIDAY LIGHTS - Removal - 

 

Attention La Cresta Residents:

 

Please be sure to remove your holiday décor and lighting from view of the exterior of your home no later than Sunday, January 23^rd, 2022 if you haven’t already done so.

 

The community rules state that holiday decorations are to be removed no later than January 10^th. An inspection of the community will be done afterward to ensure all holiday décor and lighting has been removed.

 

We appreciate your attention and cooperation in this matter.

New Year - New Meeting Place - HOA Monthly meetings

I would like to let everyone know that due to some changes with the schools meeting booking and cost, we have moved the monthly meetings to the Keller Williams real estate offices in Sabre Springs  at the corner of Sabre Springs Pkwy and Evening Creek - The Realtor Ladies - Vanessa and Jahida were kind enough to help us out with this change. A couple of great ladies supporting the HOA. This will be a nice upgrade as well to the meetings and easier to find and attend. So in 2019, please plan on attending at least once. See you on the 4th Tues on the month at 6:30pm.

Solar Panels At La Cresta - HOA - Panels for the Pools - Reduce Cost to the HOA

Just to let everyone know that the HOA approved and has started the project to install Solar Panels in between the Upper and Lower pools to provide Solar Power for the two pools. This Project will allow the  HOA to reduce the cost of electricity and SAVE the HOA 10's of thousands of dollars a year and even more as rates go up in the future. This Project will take a few months to complete but will not impact the pool use at either pool.

You may have seen the slop being cleared for them to be installed - Baker Solar will be installing them. For More info on this project, come to any board meeting and we will fill you in.

La Cresta HOA

Trash Area at LaCresta

We now have a trash service at LaCresta, This will give us better recycling collection as well. We are also reducing our Cost..

There are 2 bins now, the One for recycling, the one for normal trash. We have posted signs in this area as well.

Please help and RECYCLE all you can.

Also DO NOT LEAVE OVER SIZE ITEMS IN THE DUMPSTER AREA.. Item oversized will not be picked up as part of the normal  trash collection. These items require an extra service call and as such they charge extra for this service. On Average $150 per area pickup.  Sometimes more if it is a larger or hazardous items.

These Items Include:
Mattress - Box Springs
Hot Water Heater
Appliances - Dishwasher - Washer /Dryer - TV
Toilets
Tables - Chairs
BBQ
Paint
Furniture
Anything Larger than the dumpster or items not placed in the dumpster..

All of these items COST the HOA more money that is not part of the budget and in turn Cosyt all of the other owners MORE in DUES.. So Please have YOUR large items hauled away at your own cost NOT all of our Cost..
