Board Of Directors - New Election Due in July



We need some new Home Owners to join the Board of Directors - We will have 3 positions  up for re-election. One of the spots will need to be filled because the current member is not returning.

All La Cresta owners interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors are requested to please complete and submit this form.  The information provided below will be included verbatim on the ballot provided to the membership with the annual meeting notification. 

Three (3) Board of Directors’ seats are up for election, and newly elected Board Members will serve for a term of two (2) years.  Board Members attend regular Board Meetings lasting one to two hours and address some e-mail and phone communications between meetings.

In case you’re wondering, Board Members…
·         Perform their duties in good faith and in the best interest of the Association.
·         Exercise confidentiality and discretion and avoid conflicts of interest.
·         Are homeowners in good standing, paying dues on time and abiding by the rules of the Association.
·         Are not compensated for serving the Association, but are reimbursed for expenses incurred in the line of duty.
·         May not be a convicted felon or a person convicted of a crime of moral turpitude.
