Also make sure young kids are not allowed to go to the pool unsupervised. The pool area has tables and chairs to use at the pool , but if you plan on a larger event, ask everyone to bring their own chairs or maybe an extra table. An ALWAYS CLEAN UP after your event. The HOA does not have a cleaning service for party clean-up. Also as a safety note, please report anyone you believe is not an owner or renter of the HOA. 2. BBQ - It is always fun to BBQ in the summer or  So. Cal, just about all year round. But please make sure you grills are NOT close to the building or under and plant material on your patios. Also be respectful of the smoke blowing onto your neighbors patio or unit windows. NEVER Leave the grills unattended. Do NOT take charcoal grills to teh pool area as well. cook at home and bring only prepaid food to the Pools.

3. Travel Time - When going out of town for an extended amount of time, let your neighbors know and maybe leave a spare key or the code for your garage. In-case there is a leak or some kind of emergency, someone can get into the unit and shut-off water or cut power. Also parking in the visitors  spots is limited to 3 days, before the car has to be moved. So park on the street or in the garage. Or have someone move it every few days. Please Contact the HOA on rules or advising while your gone with a emergency number or email as well.
